The goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, with the exception of the following cases:
In the event of BinNurdin delivering the wrong items.
In the event of goods being damaged during delivery.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must do so within 7 calendar days of receiving the products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this 7-day period.
The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping cost for any returned or exchanged goods.
Please note that return and exchange requests cannot be made under the following circumstances:
Requests made after 7 calendar days from the receipt of the products due to a change of mind.
Any item that is not in its original packaging and lacks the original label.
Opening a sealed package or losing packaging materials.
Using the item.
Damaging the item for reasons not caused by our error.
All refunds will be processed within the standard timeframe of 7 to 15 working days. However, please note that certain refunds may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
